Common US and EU multi-product short-run customization orders

• Multi-SKU nested production. Single orders of 20-200 mixed-size phone cases, badges, acrylic hang tags, keychains, souvenirs where camera vision positioning removes manual alignment per piece.
• High-throughput studio delivery. Wedding and event orders where seat cards and favors come in different sizes but must finish in the same batch on a tight deadline.
• Packaging samples and short-run trials. Cosmetics, food and gift-box samples are often irregular or non-standard sizes; camera positioning makes the trial run more efficient.
• Corporate promotional goods. 100-500 piece orders of mixed SKUs (USB shells, notebooks, bottle openers, badges) where manual alignment is a major labor cost; camera positioning cuts setup time.
• Irregular product customization. Wooden cutouts, custom-shape acrylic, irregular leather pieces where camera vision automatically detects outlines.

Supported substrates

Phone cases, acrylic sheets up to ~30 mm, wood panels up to ~60 mm, small metal name plates, PVC, leather, ceramic tiles, glass tiles up to ~15 mm, plastic parts, irregular cutouts. The 150 mm height fits thicker 3D items and many framed products.

When the V6090 Vision is the right fit

• The order book is dominated by mixed-SKU short runs and irregular products, and conventional UV flatbed alignment time is the bottleneck
• Want to cut manual alignment time, saving 30-60 minutes per batch depending on SKU count
• Printhead choice (XP600 / 1600 / I3200 / G5i) and quantity (2-4) are flexible by application
• If the dominant product exceeds 600×900 mm or the mix tilts toward high-volume standard parts, the value of camera positioning drops and F6090 / F1613 is the better fit
