The V6090 Vision uses camera positioning to detect object outlines and placement on the bed, reducing piece-by-piece manual alignment for mixed small products. Confirm suitability with sample testing.
What are the print area and material-height range?
The print area is 600×900mm and the material-height range is 0–150mm. Actual usable space also depends on surface flatness, fixtures and safe printhead clearance.
Which products can benefit from vision positioning?
Phone cases, tags, small acrylic pieces, wood-box lids and nameplates are possible sample-testing applications for mixed or irregular flat products. Check adhesion, surface treatment and placement for each material.
Are the printhead setup and varnish fixed specifications?
The product sheet lists 2–4 printhead configurations and color, white and varnish workflow options. Confirm printhead model, count, ink paths and whether varnish is included in the final quotation.
